The Shop

The Castle shop is deep within the bowels of the castle, occupying what was the main kitchen. The range is still to be seen behind the counter.

A wide range of gifts and goods are stocked enabling a selection to be made to suit almost any taste.

Among the books available for purchase are “Arms and the Man” a biography of W. G. Armstrong, the First Baron of Cragside and restorer of Bamburgh Castle. The guide for the “Bamburgh Castle Aviation Museum” and “Northumberland Aviation Diary” by Derek Walton have connections with the castle, see BCAAM.
