Planning to visit Bamburgh Castle with your furry friend? Dogs are more than welcome in our nine acres of grounds, although they’re not able to come inside the Castle building. Northumberland Dog Rescue are our chosen charity. After a very successful run last year, the charity’s friendly, qualified and fully insured volunteers will be providing a service in Bamburgh Castle’s grounds where they will be able to look after your dog/s whilst you enjoy the Castle interior with the rest of your group!

20th & 21st
27th & 28th
When you arrive from 10am on the above dates only, you will need to book your time slot with Northumberland Dog Rescue. They will be located opposite the State Room Entrance – please ask a member of staff who will point you in the right direction.
We suggest a minimum donation of the following amounts:
• 30 minute dog-sitting service: £5
• 60 minute dog-sitting service: £10

All proceeds will go directly to Northumberland Dog Rescue which helps to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome dogs in the local area.
