Planning to visit Bamburgh Castle with your furry friend?
Dogs are more than welcome in our grounds, but unfortunately we cannot allow them in the Castle building. However, on these days Northumberland Dog Rescue will be with us providing a brand new dog-sitting service on selected days in the grounds of Bamburgh Castle!
Northumberland Dog Rescue are our chosen charity of 2023 and their friendly, qualified and fully insured volunteers will be providing a service where they will be able to look after your dog/s in the Castle grounds to allow you to enjoy the Castle interior with the rest of your group!
On Sunday 6th August and Monday 7th August, Northumberland Dog Rescue will make sure your pooches are watered, played with and walked whilst you enjoy all Bamburgh Castle has to offer for 30 minute or 60 minute periods!
We suggest a minimum donation of the following amounts:
• 30 minute dog-sitting service: £5
• 60 minute dog-sitting service: £10
All proceeds will go directly to Northumberland Dog Rescue.
