All ticketing is done electronically so you won’t receive a ticket through the post. You can print out your email/e-ticket and bring that with you to show at the entrance or bring a mobile device with your confirmation email displayed

We are unable to start the film before sunset so these times vary from 8.30pm – 9pm for the dates of our screenings – please refer to the relevant website page on our website for more definite timings
Please adhere to the age restrictions of the film ratings. The film certification always applies so please ensure the film is suitable and of the correct certification. We reserve the rights to refuse entry to anyone under the age of 16 who is unaccompanied or anyone under the certification age.
Yes – if there are any left. Tickets have had to be restricted due to social distancing so there are fewer up for grabs. Once they are gone they are gone.
Ticket sales are capped to ensure we can allow for safe social distancing with restricted visitor numbers. This means the maximum number of tickets you can purchase for each party is four. Stewards will be on hand to help everyone maintain safe social distancing. A one way system is in place from the car park to the Inner Ward lawn. Please keep right at all times on the walkway.
As this is an outdoor event face coverings are not compulsory however please feel free to wear one if you wish.
You can bring a picnic if you wish but there will be a lovely fish and chip van on-site as well as a coffee cart. There will also be a bar serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Please take your litter home with you Please DO NOT bring glassware.
This is an outdoor event so if it rains be prepared to get wet! Check the weather forecast and be prepared for the conditions. Please don’t bring umbrellas they will block the view for the people behind.
Under 16’s MUST be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18. There are no child ticket prices due to having to restrict numbers. Please adhere to the film certification as this always applies. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone aged 16 or below who is unaccompanied. We also reserve the right to refuse anyone under the certification age.
Gates will open at 6pm.

Car Parking is available at Bamburgh Castle and there is a large car park at the foot of the castle just opposite. Please bear in mind that that there is an uphill walk when you arrive at the castle so wear sensible footwear.
Parking will be in out usual car park and we have a golf buggy to be able to transport you (if required) up to where the screenings take place
Smoking is not allowed in the seated area for the comfort of all our guests (this includes e-cigs and vapes) there will be an allocated smoking area and we politely ask you to be considerate to other and adhere to this.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. If the event is postponed due to weather that causes a safety concern and you are unable to make the rescheduled date you will be refunded in full.
