HHA members do not need to book ahead – please just present your cards at the ticket office on arrival.

Make sure you have a copy of your ticket/email with you before arriving for your visit. This can be on a device or printed. We do not always have reliable phone signal so please ensure you have this ready on your phone.
Tickets are non-refundable.
For disabled/carer tickets, please bring along any identification/proof you have. We will not ask you to provide proof of disability to complete your purchase. We do however observe the right to request proof before issuing your tickets if we feel it is necessary.
Wheelchairs, walking aids (with and without wheels) and crutches are not permitted beyond The King’s Hall. If you use a walking stick and feel comfortable continuing through the castle you are welcome to do so. There are 86 steps beyond The King’s Hall (some of these are steep, narrow and long staircases)
