Make sure you have a copy of your ticket/email with you before arriving for your visit. This can be on a device or printed.
Tickets are non-refundable. If for any reason you need to discuss a booking cancellation due to extenuating circumstances, please do so before arriving onsite via email.
Our website does not support sales outside of the UK (you must have a UK billing address). If you wish to buy tickets and do not have a valid UK billing address, you can buy them from the ticket office in arrival.
HHA members do not need to book ahead.
