Tickets are non-refundable.

Wheelchairs, walking aids (with and without wheels) and crutches are not permitted beyond The King’s Hall. If you have a walking stick and are comfortable continuing through the castle please be aware there are a total of 86 steps (some of which are steep, narrow and long staircases)
