Begin your visit at Bamburgh Castle anytime from 10am, where you can explore our enchanting Christmas installation, A Christmas Carousel, and discover the beautifully decorated State Rooms at your own pace.
Afterwards, take a short stroll through Bamburgh village to Bamburgh Walled Garden, where a festive afternoon tea awaits you at 2pm.

Bamburgh Castle: Arrive anytime from 10am, allowing enough time to explore the Christmas installation before making your way to the Walled Garden.

Afternoon tea is served at Bamburgh Walled Garden, NOT at Bamburgh Castle.
Bamburgh Walled Garden is approximately a 5–10 minute walk through the village from Bamburgh Castle. Please ensure you allow enough time to enjoy your Castle visit and reach Bamburgh Walled Garden for your reserved sitting.

Your afternoon tea table is booked for 2pm and will be held for a maximum of 20 minutes. If you arrive after 2:20pm, we cannot guarantee your table will remain available.
