Visitor Operations & Experience Manager – 

Bamburgh Castle is seeking an experienced Visitor Operations & Experience Manager to lead the day-to-day visitor operation at one of the UK’s most iconic heritage destinations.

This senior, site-based role will oversee visitor experience, events, retail performance and operational delivery across the Castle estate, leading a large and diverse on-site team. We are looking for a confident, hands-on leader with strong commercial awareness, operational expertise and a passion for delivering exceptional visitor experiences.

This is a rare opportunity to help shape the future of a nationally recognised visitor attraction in the heart of Northumberland.
