11:00 am - 3:00 pm

Take a closer look around the outside of the castle and you’ll spot some fascinating stone creatures watching from above — grotesques and gargoyles!

But, do you know the difference between them?

Join us for a hands-on creative adventure where you’ll uncover the mystery behind these quirky characters. Then, roll up your sleeves and sculpt your very own from clay!

Will your creation be a fearsome gargoyle or a wonderfully weird grotesque or even make your own dragon? The choice is yours… let your imagination run wild!

This activity is included in general admission to the castle

Dates of this event:

July 18th, 19th, 25th & 26th

August 15th, 16th & 21st
