With the sights and sounds of the sea as a backdrop, join qualified Pilates and wellbeing specialist Anna Little for our exclusive, pop-up workshops that combine mindfulness with guided exercises to aid performance, re-energise or simply rewind and recharge.
Experience the restorative effects being by the sea brings alongside the natural energy of our 2000-year-old site. Suitable for all abilities, exercises will be adapted to your body and journey. Places are limited to 20 per session with early booking recommended.
Sessions will take place outdoors in the glorious setting of the West Ward prior to the castle gates opening to the public. In the event of bad weather, sessions will take place inside the magnificent King’s Hall.
Equipment needed: Simply something to lie on. Mats can be supplied or feel free to bring your own.
£30 per person, includes access to Bamburgh Castle’s nine-acres of grounds.
