Operations Manager – Bamburgh Walled Garden
We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Operations Manager to take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of Bamburgh Walled Garden. This is a senior on-site role, overseeing café and takeaway operations, leading kitchen and front-of-house teams, and ensuring the venue is welcoming, safe, and consistently well presented.
You will play a key role in driving revenue, improving margins, and identifying opportunities for growth, while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance.
