Tickets cannot be transferred, swapped or exchanged. For any repeat visits, a separate authorised slip must be provided.
Original ticket must be presented on day of visit for entry. You may be requested to show a form of identification alongside your online ticket. Tickets are valid for selected day of visit only, regrettably we cannot allow entry on tickets other than the booked date.
Tickets have no monetary value. Tickets must not be re-sold. Not valid for our special ticketed events throughout the year. Tickets cannot be used as part of a school visit. Tickets not valid in conjunction with group rates. Lost tickets can only be replaced with a proof of purchase. Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded. Online tickets cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer/voucher or discount code. Online tickets must be shown on arrival via smart phone device or printed paper version.
Please note that due to the current Covid situation we will be carefully monitoring the numbers of online tickets purchased and reserve the right to restrict access into the castle in order to ensure social distancing can be safely managed at all times. Please check the website for updates.
